- You have to be your own best friend, and treat yourself like it.
- You have to push yourself.
- You need to embrace your negative thoughts and feelings, and try to understand why they are there.
- Try to remember you are not alone.
- Journal; write down your thoughts, goals and/or anything that comes to mind.
- You need to remember to take care of each part of yourself; spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally.
- Give back to yourself.
- Allow yourself to be soft and vulnerable.
- You need to remember that the thoughts and feelings that do not serve you need to be let go.
- If you can, try to find something productive to do to refocus your pain.
