  • You can choose to forgive, but it may take some time before you fully process it.
  • Forgiveness allows you to release the control from a person/people, or situation, and returns your power back to you.
  • You don’t have to let others know you forgive them, it can just be a process you carry out by yourself.
  • Forgiving others doesn’t mean that you won’t ever feel the pain or hurt again, but it may help ease it.
  • Remember to also forgive yourself.
