I was constantly thinking negative thoughts,
Even though I knew it wasn’t helping,
I knew that positive thoughts would be better for me,
But I had such a negative feeling inside of me that thinking positive thoughts seemed pointless.
And after a lot of crying,
And a lot of reflection,
I kept telling myself “I am human”, “I am trying”,
And that’s all anyone can really do right?
Is try.
But the worst thing for me is not knowing,
Not knowing when this feeling is going to go away,
Or is it ever going to go away?
But for now at least I feel better,
Better than before.
Which is a positive I guess.
Right?
