- Not everything you think about yourself is true, detach yourself from your feelings, write them out, write out how you feel and think about why you feel that way.
- You are not your mistakes, they actually aren’t mistakes, they are lessons, think about why they happened and what you learned, or what you were meant to learn from them.
- What you think didn’t work out for you, actually worked out in your favour.
- Create your own reality through your thoughts, feeling and actions; what you think, feel and do is what you become and attract.
- Maybe you’ve already found purpose, maybe you just haven’t accepted it yet.
- Wanting something so badly can push it away instead of attracting it to you, try not to be upset or angry that you don’t have what you set out to get, or you haven’t achieved what you set to achieve, it may not be the right thing, person or time yet.
- Stop looking for things to validate your negative thoughts about yourself.
- Try to remember your achievements and how far you have come, try not to dwell on your losses, or what you haven’t achieved.
- You don’t have to have it all figured out, nobody has it figured out, we are all constantly learning and growing.
- Try, even if you fail, or even if you don’t like the direction you went in, at least you tried, at least now you can learn and grow from it, at least now you can change direction.
