• Sometimes they don’t want to talk, they may just prefer to deal with things on their own, or will talk when they are ready to.
• Sometimes they just want to stay at home or stay in, instead of going out and/or socialising.
• Sometimes they just want/need to cry.
• Sometimes they aren’t being distant or stand-offish, it may just take them some time to get comfortable when meeting new people.
• Sometimes they aren’t ghosting you, they may just have their own shit that they are dealing with, that you may not know about.
• Sometimes they don’t want to feel positive about everything all the time.
• Sometimes they don’t mean to hurt you, they just aren’t aware of your triggers, or how you may perceive their actions.
• Sometimes they aren’t awkward or antisocial, they just have social anxiety.
• Sometimes they don’t want you to feel sorry for them, they just want you to treat them as you normally would.
