Feeling Down? 10 Positive Things You Can Do

1. Talk if you need to talk, find someone who will listen, talk to God or who/whatever it is you believe in.

2. Take it one day, one hour, one minute at a time, be in the present, focus on what it is you can do right now, the little things you do everyday will ultimately add up and make a difference.

3. Move, exercise, besides the physical and mental benefits it has, it will help create a sense of movement if you are feeling stagnant.

4. Have a creative output, channel how you feel, find a positive way to release your emotions.

5. Be patient with yourself, you don’t need to rush, take as much time as you need.

6. Allow love in anyway you can, allow people to help you, allow people to be there for you, don’t be afraid to express your needs.

7. Find the small things that bring you joy and happiness and do them.

8. Be conscious of your thoughts, your words, and how to speak to yourself.

9. Journal; write how you feel, write what you are grateful for, write what you intend to achieve.

10. Choose what is healthy for you, what you eat, what you put into your body, your environment, and everything you surround yourself with.
