  • Be conscious of your thoughts and how you speak to yourself, be conscious of what you are doing and be present when you are doing it, be conscious in everything you do.
  • Be selective; learn to choose what is a priority, what needs your immediate attention and what can wait? What will help get you to where you need to be and what is distracting you from it?
  • Be intentional, think about why it is you do anything, what the reason is behind why you get up in the morning, why do you carry out certain tasks or actions? Give your actions a purpose/meaning.
  • Be disciplined; teach yourself to do the things you don’t want to do, learn to push through even when you don’t feel like it, have the willpower to work on yourself now, in order to give yourself a better future.
  • Be decisive; don’t take too much time making decisions, don’t wait for things to be perfect or wait until you’re ready, just do it.
  • Be active. You don’t need to know every detail, you don’t need to know how you are going to get there or when you are going to get there, just keep doing, keep being productive, figure it out as you go, and eventually you will get there.
  • Be aggressive towards what you want, towards your goals, towards your dreams.
  • Be resourceful; use what you have, do what you can at this moment in time with the resources that you have access to right now, there is always a way, you just need to find it.
  • Be persistent, keep going, if you stop you will never get there.
  • Be graceful. When things don’t go your way, when people let you down, learn to be graceful, don’t let it or them take from your energy.
