1. Triggers are a reflection of self; the things that trigger you are a reflection of some of the things you need to work on and heal within yourself.
2. Don’t have any expectations; people are going to hurt you whether they mean to or not, whether they say they are going to or not, things aren’t always going to go your way, learning to accept this will make life a lot easier.
3. Everything is perspective; how you react to a situation is a reflection of how you perceive it, nothing is ever good or bad, it is simply what you make of it.
4. Don’t attach yourself or your identity to anything; people, money, possessions, achievements, goals, or your past. What defines you is who you are as a person, learn to be stable within yourself without letting anything outside of you control you.
5. We are never in control; from the moment we are born, we don’t get to choose where we are born, when we are born, what we look like, who our family are, how we are raised, or what life throws at us, what we do have control over is how we react.
6. Your pain is attracting certain people into your life that are showing you and teaching you what you need to heal within yourself, and you will keep getting the same lesson(s) until you learn from it/them, and don’t repeat them.
7. Change is inevitable; change is always happening, it may just feel stable because it is familiar.
8. Everything happens for you, not to you; there are no mistakes or failures in life, there are just lessons redirecting you to get you closer to the person you need to be in order to reach your life purpose.
9. Don’t chase happiness, don’t try and find happiness, if you are always chasing it, you will never find it. Be happy now.
10. Most of the answers you are looking for, or need, you already have, they can be found within you, you just need to listen to your intuition.
