1. It’s ok to not be ok.

2. Remember to put yourself first.

4. Listen to your emotions they are trying to tell you something.

5. You don’t need to know where you are going, trust that you are headed in the right direction and allow your intuition to guide you.

6. You are not alone.

7. Healing is an ongoing process, you are never finished healing.

8. You are able to get through it.

9. Ask for help if you need to.

10. Everything happens for a reason.
